LEADR Return & Refund Policy

At LEADR, we stand behind the quality of every piece we release. Because each item is produced specifically for our drops, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • There is a manufacturing defect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many LEADR items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to screen display

  • Normal wear after use

(If you mess this part up you’ll get abused by customers constantly.)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer size exchanges. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to original payment method

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase because production begins quickly.
